93 ~ Grounding – Part 4 ~

When you recover or discover something that nourishes your soul & brings joy, care enough about yourself to make room for it in your life.

Hands in the soil I expirated negativity and aspirated positivity

Hands in the soil I buried away burdens and sowed aspirations

Hands in the soil, i unearthed a medicine that does not require a prescription

Hands in the soil I was reminded after journeying onwards, that same hole could either be closed upon me with coiled snakes or the peaceful melody of flowing lakes

A therapy consisting of evocative memories that forcefully terminated with ongoing progression & an unexpected tragedy

[ 13/03/2018 ]

A late Monday afternoon I stepped out for a short bit to tend to some pot plants & water them..

An epic recipe formulated in the process

As I stooped low to water, I realised uh-oh ⚠️ you’re not supposed to bend. So I sat in a squatting position lol but upright to pull out some weeds & toil a little in the soil, with gloves on of course.

There it attacked!!

Faster than expected

Before realising what was happening, I became a prey caught into the jaws of a gigantic shark..

The stronger it clenched, the deeper the pain wrenched

After approximately 25 minutes dragged

It withdrew the torture…

Coronary Artery Spasms – termed as Angina, classified into the 2 categories of Printzmetal, Microvascular.

For those who have forgotten or new readers who missed the chapter explaining the difference between an angina attack & a heart attack (myocardial infarction)

Winter set in not long thereafter…

And as you’ve read, the past 7 months have been “delightedly” eventful LOL.

(From the onset of March, symptoms progressed & I experienced further retention in the lower extremities.

Later ascertaining the confirmed diagnosis of Pulmonary Edema, & extended deformation of the right heart muscle

Suspecting Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, or anotherUnconfirmed…)

Mother earth with its astounding healing properties as can be observed at any minute

The branches of trees, as it rustles their leaves

The birds as they sing, fluttering their wings

The moon as it sways, various messages it conveys

The pitter patter of rain as it drops, emitting peaceful euphanies of plops

The earth as it rotates between 4 seasons, each for awe-inspiring reasons

The stars as they twinkle and glow, within darkness there’s a way to flow

The sky as it is secured with no pillars, reflecting varied shades of colors

The clouds as they send rain & float, revitalizing wilted plants with hope

The mountains as they stabilize the ground, preventing everything from shaking around

Every day, every hour, every minute, everywhere, mesmerizing signs deriving from the divine

If just for a few minutes we still ourselves, connect & look / listen, we will be able to fathom nature’s lessons

As is amazingly composed regarding the

~Mighty oak~

Stand tall, oh mighty oak, for all the world to see.
Your strength and beauty forever amazes me.
Though storm clouds hover above you,
Your branches span the sky
In search of the radiant sunlight
You count on to survive.

When the winds are high & restless
& you lose a limb or two,
It only makes you fight harder
We could learn so much from you.

Though generations have come & gone
And brought about such change,
Quietly, you’ve watched them all,
Yet still remained the same.

I only pray God gives me to me
The courage his given given you
To face each day with hope
Whether skies are black or blue.

Until today, I wasn’t sure
Of just how much I could endure
But now I’ve found, with thanks to you
I’m stronger than I ever knew.
