136 ~ My pharmacy ~

My body is probably about 80% meds and 20% food 😂

I was requested to do a post on what keeps me going physically.. So for enlightenment purposes, this is a glimpse about my list of medication to function.

I’ve already dedicated an entire series titled “Magical revivals” pertaining to what gives me emotional strength.

Shukran to a dear long lost friend who reminded me that I once mentioned about writing a post on Prophetic medicine but totally forgot about it 🤭

I’m no professional in that specific field but I am also aware, there are many in & across the country of SA who have no clue these types of healing properties exist. Therefore, I’ve included some on my list.

Disclaimer: Please consult with your healthcare practitioner before trying anything or contact me privately for further advice on who to consult with if you’re interested in some of the meds below to avoid contraindications.

Here is one great link

6 Health Benefits of Honey

– Sidr honey is one of the top listed.

Available from the holy lands. I suck a little once a day.

Honey was my magical healing when I had third degree burns at the age of 6 & also after the recent accident arm burns I sustained from deployed airbags.

These are a few mentioned methods of healing with the medicine of the Prophet (peace and salutations be upon him)

If you can obtain a copy of this book titled:

“Healing with the medicine of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم”Please do so.

Bookstores in Johannesburg have certain ones available. I know my sister in law has another copy written more extensively, but is only available in Saudi Arabia.
